Would you like to talk to a safe, empathic person who really "hears" you...and without judgment? There are times when you just need to get what's in your head out, without interruption. Then there are times to navigate those thoughts, worries, feelings, concerns to not only make sense of them but to put yourself on the road to feeling better. Whether you are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, sadness, confusion, relationship troubles, or adjustment issues, I'd love to work with you and be that listening ear and guide your journey to improved emotional health. I have worked with at-risk youth, individuals, couples, and families for the past decade. Many struggles with symptoms of anxiety, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges. We work together to find ways to manage or alleviate those symptoms and sort through the underlying meaning of those challenges while finding alternative ways to feel better. If you feel that you're ready to take the next step, feel free to reach out and we can set up a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
