Ashley graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 as a Human Development and Family Studies Major and went on to earn her Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2017. She is now a fully licensed clinical social worker with a great passion for helping others reach their own identified goals. Ashley began her career as a Clinical Mental Health therapist delivering a variety of treatment modalities including both CBT and DBT in individual and group formats. Since then, Ashley has become a School Social Worker working with both special education students as well as general education students.

Ashley is comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and enjoys giving people the tools and space to reach their own individual goals. She has experience in working with adolescence as well as adults. She has also been comprehensively trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure and Response Therapy. She is passionate about helping people work through depression, anxiety, and other presenting symptoms. Ashley has extensive experience with those who may be experiencing suicidal or self-harming ideation.

Ashley uses a combination of techniques to meet each individual client's needs while focusing on growing a connection with the client in order to generate the best outcome. She loves to empower people to solve their problems and live to their best potential self.
