Using Clinical Social Work ethics, values, and principles as my foundation, I aim to cultivate a space where clients can attend to their growth, deepen their self-awareness, begin to heal from traumas, and strengthen their innate capacity to be resilient.

To accomplish this I primarily pull from Cognitive Behavioral, trauma-informed, strengths-based and humanistic approaches. I do not shy away from other creative mediums of expression like music, art, journaling, and meditation to name a few. I am an active life long learner and am always working to incorporate new evidence-based theories into my therapy practice.

As a Clinician, I have worked with adolescents and young adults to navigate major life transitions, cope with grief, address the effects of previous traumas, and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. Many of the clients I have worked with also experience various kinds of physical, learning, and cognitive disabilities.

I view my work with clients as a privilege and a partnership.
