First off, therapy can be scary! Change can be scary. I want to work with

you to shake the scaries so you can begin to live the life you want.

Whether it’s depression, anxiety, trauma, problematic substance use, or

just general “life stuff” I am here to help!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan and have

attained a Master’s Degree from Wayne State University. I have worked in

community mental health agencies, private practice, non-profit agencies,

and throughout the criminal justice system.

I am passionate about finding real solutions that will work in your life

and to help you build on your own strengths. I will utilize Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy, a strengths-based perspective, and a social justice

lens, to work with you collaboratively to address your individualized

goals.

I would feel privileged to start your journey with you and look forward to

meeting with you virtually!
