Hello! I am thankful and encouraged that you have started exploring the opportunity to engage in therapy. I acknowledge this first brave step.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.

In my prior roles, I worked with children and adult survivors of abuse and domestic violence, as well as with children and adolescents in foster care. My approach is eclectic in order to meet the needs of each individual. I don't believe the therapeutic process is "one size fits all" and I place high importance on working to find a treatment model that will best fit your goals and needs.

I am passionate about working with individuals that have experienced relational trauma and use a variety of modalities to treat symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other disorders that have surfaced as a result.

I have also devoted much of my practice to incorporate Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) techniques with parents and families in order to increase healthy attachment and interactions between parents and children.

No matter where you are in your healing process, you are welcome here, and I hope our time together will create the space for you to feel safe, heal and grow. I look forward to hearing from you!
